    • 2 cups (packed) grated Fontina
    • ¾ cup (packed) finely grated Parmesan
    • ¾ cup (packed) grated mozzarella
    • 4 ounces cooked ham, diced, optional
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
