  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
