  • 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup fat-free milk
  • 4 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked (1 cup uncooked pasta)
  • ½ cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
