Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ cups diced, cooked ham
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ¾ cups milk, scalded
    • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Combine milk and cheese in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts. Remove from heat; stir in onion, salt, paprika, and hot sauce.
