Macaroni and Cheese with Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) elbow macaroni
• brick cream cheese, cubed
• 5 slice(s) American cheese
• ¼ cup(s) milk
• Hot dogs

Fill a 2 qt. saucepan 2/3 full of water. Bring to boil. Put hot dogs on a cookie sheet with edges (otherwise they roll off and cause smoke in the oven).
