Macaroni with Three Cheeses

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) macaroni (12 ounce pkg)
  • ½ cup(s) margarine or butter
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 8 ounce(s) Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 ounce(s) Monterey cheese
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse. Stir in the margarine and milk. Return to low heat.
