Madeleine, Raspberry and Dulce de Leche Shortcakes


  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ pt (1 small basket) rasberries
  • 4 heaped tablespoons almond butter
  • 8 oz dulce de leche
  • 12 madeleines
