Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) malt powder
  • 4 stick(s) butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 4 ounce(s) bittersweet chocolate
  • 1.5 cup(s) sugar
  • 12 malted milk balls

In the bowl of a standing electric mixer, combine the egg whites and sugar.
