Malted Chocolate Pots de Creme


  • 9 oz high quality, dark chocolate (chopped or chips) 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 6 large egg yolks ½ cup malted milk powder ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar sweetened whipped cream and malt balls for garnish
