Manchego Cheese with Quince Paste

Ingredients

  • ½ pound manchego cheese
  • ½ pound quince paste
  • ½ pound manchego cheese

Cut cheese and quince paste into 1/8-inch-thick slices, then cut slices into approximately equal triangles. On a platter, alternate slices of cheese and fruit paste. Eat with a knife and fork.
