Mandarin Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Clementine peel, for garnish
  • 4 ounces champagne
  • 1 ounce mandarin liqueur, such as Mandarine Napolean

1. Pour liqueur into a champagne flute; top with champagne. Twist clementine peel over glass and gently drop into cocktail.
