Mandarin Jello


  • 1 can(s) mandarin orange sections (11 ounce can)
  • 1 pint(s) orange sherbet
  • 2 cup(s) boiling water
  • 2 package(s) each) or 1 large pkg(6 ounce orange jello (3 ounce pkgs) (small pkgs)

Drain oranges, measuring the syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add measured liquid. Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened. Fold in oranges. Chill until set - at least 1 hour.
