Mandarin Orange Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 sleeves of round butter flavored crackers- crushed
• 1 sprig(s) mint leaves - for garnish if desired
• 22 ounce(s) mandarin oranges - drained plus some extra for garnish if desired
• 6 ounce(s) orange juice frozen concentrate - thawed
• 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
• 9 ounce(s) non-dairy whipped cream - thawed
• ¼ cup(s) sugar
• + 1 more ingredients
• • ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine - melted
