Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

  • 1 box(es) butter cake mix
  • Coconut
  • ½ cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can(s) mandarin oranges (11 ounce can)
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 package(s) instant vanilla pudding mix (3.75 oz pkg)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) crushed pineapple (15 oz can)
    • 8 ounce(s) Cool Whip

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and mandarin oranges (do not drain). Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 3 greased 9 inch layer pans at 375° for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
