Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon(s) grated orange peel
• 2 thin slices red onions - cut in half and separated
• 11 ounce(s) can of mandarin oranges - drained
• 1 avocado - peeled and sliced (optional)
• 1 cucumber, small - peeled, seeded, sliced thin (1 ¹/₃ cups)

  • 6 cup(s) lettuce (any kind) - torn
  • ½ cup(s) salad oil
  • ¼ cup(s) feta cheese, crumbled
