Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese

    • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves. 2. Combine oranges and liqueur; spoon evenly into 3 wine glasses or dessert dishes. Spoon sour cream mixture over oranges; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
