Mango Almond Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 8 prepared crepes
  • ¼ t cinnamon
  • 3 T honey
  • 1 ½ c lowfat ricotta cheese
  • 2 medium mongos, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 T heavy cream
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ t almond extract
    • ½ c brown sugar
    • 2 T butter

To prepare sauce, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add brown sugar and extract; cook and stir until dissolved. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes then remove from heat. Stir in cream and cook for 1 minute more; stir in mango and set aside. To prepare crepes, stir together ricotta cheese, honey ...
