Mango Almond Sponge Cake

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cups chopped mangoes
  • ½ cup pureed mango
  • ½ cup sugar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
    • 6 eggs, separated
