Ingredients

  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • 3 ¼ cups diced peeled mango
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ½ cup packed brown sugar
    • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    • 2 teaspoons Homemade Curry Powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, ginger, and pepper; cover and cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
