Mango Floats


  • 4 to 6 cups chilled mango-passion fruit sparkling juice blend
  • About 3 cups mango sorbet or vanilla ice cream

Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cups sparkling juice blend into each of four tall glasses (12- to 16-oz. capacity; fill about 3/4 full). Add a scoop of sorbet to each serving. Add more sparkling juice if necessary to fill glasses.
