Mango Fruit Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 container fresh pineapple wedges, diced (16 ounce container)
  • 16 ounce(s) frozen mango chunks, thawed
  • ½ cup(s) fresh raspberries
  • 1 can(s) lychee fruit, drained (15 ounce can)
  • 1 container fresh red grapefruit segments, drained (15 ounce container)
  • ¾ cup(s) fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) key lime juice

In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, mango, lychee and grapfruit segments. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir to combine yogurt, key lime juice and cayenne pepper. Set aside. Divide fruit mixture into chilled bowls. Spoon yogurt mixture over fruit and garnish with fresh raspberries.
