Mango-Lime Sorbet Recipe | Mobile


  • 2 ¼ cups mango puree (4 mangoes)
  • ½ cup plain simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • Lime zest (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. 2. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with lime zest, if desired.
