Mango-Mint-Rum Slush

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
    • ¾ cup white rum
    • ¾ cup white rum
    • 1 cup mango nectar
    • 2 tablespoons sugar

Place mango in freezer for 1 hour. Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
