Maple-Bourbon Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar

- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- ¾ cup pecan halves
- Cooking spray
- ½ (14.1-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough (such as Pillsbury)
