Maple Brown Rice Pudding

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 ½ cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Combine rice, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave at HIGH 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of milk is absorbed. Top with almonds.
