  • 1½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup golden brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
