Marbled Sweet-Potato Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups gingersnap cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup (about 2 ounces) finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 16-ounce can sweet potatoes, well drained
  • 2 8-ounce packages light cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 large eggs
    • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. For Crust: Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix crumbs, pecans and butter in medium bowl until well blended. Press mixture onto bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of 9-inch-diameter springform pan.
