Marinade for Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sherry wine vinegar or ½ cup red wine or ½ cup white wine or ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

    • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
