Marinade for Vegetables

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sugar or ¾ cup splenda sugar substitute
  • ¾ cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white vinegar or ½ cup other flavored vinegar, you like
  • ½ cup other flavored vinegar, you like
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning

1 Mix all ingredients. 2 Pour over mixed florets of brocolli and/or cauliflower, purple onion rings, sliced stuffed olives, sliced carrots, cucumbers, radishes-- etc. 3 Chill marinated vegetables at least 3 hours.
