Marinara Sauce 6


  • 4 tablespoon(s) garlic
  • 56 ounce(s) canned tomatoes, preferably whole
  • ¼ cup(s) firmly packed basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Sauté garlic in olive oil until soft. Strain tomatoes through a sieve to remove liquid, reserve liquid. Add tomatoes and basil to garlic, cook for 10 minutes. If too thick, add a bit of tomato liquid.
