Marinated Asparagus 5


  • 2 pound(s) thin asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Seasoned salt

Clean asparagus and break off ends. Place in shallow glass baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 10 minutes. Plunge in cold water; drain. Place back in baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Refrigerate until serving time.
