  • 1 sieved, hard boiled egg (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) chopped, fresh Chives
  • 1 jar(s) pimento (2 ounce jar)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup(s) tarragon vinegar
    • 3 tablespoon(s) sweet pickle relish
    • 4 pound(s) fresh Asparagus

Remove tough ends of asparagus. Cook covered in boiling water 6-8 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients except parsley and sieved egg, in a jar.
