Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups julienne-cut carrot
