Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 block Cheddar cheese (8 ounce block)
  • 1 package(s) cream cheese (freeze 1 hour prior to slicing) (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) green onions, minced
  • 1 jar(s) chopped pimentos, drained (2 ounce jar)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) WHITE WINE VINEGAR
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
    • ¾ teaspoon(s) DRIED BASIL
    • ½ cup(s) olive oil

Slice cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over sliced cheese and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving with crackers.
