Marinated Cheese and Olives


  • ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar or 2 (7-ounce) jars kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 (16-ounce) bottle olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cubed colby-Jack cheese
  • 6 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

Combine all ingredients except rosemary in a large bowl; stir gently. Cover and chill at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
