  • Bibb lettuce
  • 3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 shallots, cut into pieces
