Marinated Morels


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • salt
  • 4 ounces fresh morel or common mushrooms (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pepper
