Marinated Roasted Asparagus And Pepper Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

    • ½ cup bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained and cut into thin strips
