Marinated Salad 2
Ingredients
- ¾ cup(s) white wine vinegar
- ½ cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1 cup(s) white sugar
- ½ cup(s) chopped onion
- ½ cup(s) chopped bell pepper (red or yellow)

- 1 can(s) green beans, drained
- 1 can(s) shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 can(s) green peas, drained
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
Mix together the peas, corn, green beans, celery, bell pepper and onion. In separate bowl, combine the sugar, black pepper, salt, oil and vinegar. Place in microwave and bring to a boil. Pour over salad; mix well to coat. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
