Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 24 toothpicks
  • 12 slices smoked bacon, halved
  • 12 large sea scallops, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
