Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

    • 24 large unpitted Spanish olives
    • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    • 24 large unpitted Spanish olives
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, crushed

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Serve at room temperature. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
