Marinated Tuna and Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- Pineapple Salsa:
- 1 (16-ounce) can pineapple, drained
- ½ c diced red bell pepper
- ½ c diced green bell pepper
- ½ c finely chopped red onion
- 3 T minced fresh cilantro
- 1 T seasoned rice vinegar
- + 10 more ingredients

- ¼ c finely chopped green onions
- 1/8 t crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tuna:
- ½ c seasoned rice vinegar
- ½ c finely chopped green onions
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- ¼ t crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 Ahi tuna steaks (about 1-inch thick)
- Pineapple Salsa
