Marinated Tuna and Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • Pineapple Salsa:
  • 1 (16-ounce) can pineapple, drained
  • ½ c diced red bell pepper
  • ½ c diced green bell pepper
  • ½ c finely chopped red onion
  • 3 T minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 T seasoned rice vinegar
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • ¼ c finely chopped green onions
    • 1/8 t crushed red pepper flakes
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Tuna:
    • ½ c seasoned rice vinegar
    • ½ c finely chopped green onions
    • 1 T Dijon mustard
    • ¼ t crushed red pepper flakes
    • 6 Ahi tuna steaks (about 1-inch thick)
    • Pineapple Salsa
