Marja’s Mac-and-Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) half-and-half
  • 1.5 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 1 cup(s) whole milk
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.75 pound(s) elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounce(s) cold cream cheese
  • 1.5 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
