Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped carrot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups canned vegetable broth
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¾ pound Yellowfin tuna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
