Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 (2.15 ounce) milk chocolate covered caramel and nougat bars
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
