Marscarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sugar

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) *Italian cream cheese available at Italian markets and many supermarkets.
