Mashed Potatoes with Chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup whole milk
