Meat Balls in Buttermilk Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 soup can buttermilk
  • 1 can(s) mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s) mushroom stems & pieces (2 ounce can)
  • 1 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup(s) sliced celery
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped green pepper
  • 1 onion, finely chopped (small)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 ½ pound(s) ground chuck
