Meatball Hero Sandwiches

Ingredients

• ¼ cup fresh parsley (preferably Italian)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
• ¼ cup cornflakes
• 2 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
• 3 large garlic cloves
• ½ teaspoon salt

  • 6 long Italian or French rolls
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray heavy large baking sheet with nonstick vegetable oil spray.
