Meatballs w/Cranberry sauce


  • 5 teaspoon(s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
  • 3 pound(s) ground chuck
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 3 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) bread crumbs

Mix the above items and form into small balls. Do not brown. 2 large cans jellied cranberry sauce, 2(15 oz.) cans tomato soup. Put cranberry and tomato soup into a large kettle over low heat and stir until smooth. Keep it bubbling. Drop balls into simmering sauce. Cook approximately 2 hr.
